Into the Pool

October 4, 2012

Into the Pool

You dive
into the
pool

New fish
to greet
you

Makin merry
you find

Love in
you

The spark
takes you

Over the
mountains

Of will
& suffering

The past
sufferings

In which
you melted

Seem trifle
change

The nights
you shiver

For the
warm blanket

The ecstasy
of a
little problem

Takes you
deep in
oil

In which
you burn

Out comes
the shine

Introduction:
What is ‘Leap of Faith’? Or Innovation? Can Science find it for us?

Günter Blobel

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 1999 was awarded to Günter Blobel “for the discovery that proteins have intrinsic signals that govern their transport and localization in the cell”.
(Where do we go inside us? studied in this Nobel Prize. Its pre-written, something like they tell us in astrology)

Conclusion:

Leap of Faith found in Nature, humans, evolution, God’s Particle and diseases which are springing all kind of new surprises.

The Problem of Order & No-order

March 23, 2012

The Problem of Order & No-order

Order is bringing serialization. Everything becomes 1 and 0 with no creativity. This will liberate the masses of poverty and perhaps illness also (Offcourse, Poverty and Illness is relative).

However everyone risk loosing creativity and what we should call life. Life would become “Machine and Death” instead of “Life & Death”.

The other problem is if there is no order, Nature soon seems to get evaporated and we face extinction anyways. Also there is the other problem of lawlessness, which might lead to extinction anyways.

It is a thin line between order and no order. How do we solve this problem? Creativity and Nature?

Survival & Innovation

March 23, 2012

Survival & Innovation

Survival leads you to your goal except for the final step. In the final step one needs innovation to find food. One saves oneself of the wastage of survival and perhaps creates a way to the future too.

The magnitude of savings and secured future depends on the nature of innovation. Some innovation leads to great savings of life and others little. Offcourse, they can be misused also and can lead to death.

Whether Man’s or Nature’s original survival was by Innovation or Survival, remains a question.

A look at the World in thier Quest for Survival

February 14, 2012

A look at the World in their Quest for Survival

This is a look at the story of survival of different countries around the World.

India, Africa & China

As the west innovated and went into the depths of Science, countries like ‘India, Africa & China‘ remained on the surface of ‘Industrial Revolution‘. They are without basics and need to start from scratch once again. No outside country will help these countries to develop their own fundamentals. They must rely on their own people, people who can dare, people who can think different.

Europe & Israel

Europe and Israel has the talent already as it submerged deep into Science bringing out most of the innovations and products in the World today. America served as a major market for their goods.

However now it is at the crossroads, where all the previous innovations have been utilized and it needs fresh discoveries, perspectives.

America

America has been the market for “European and Israeli” innovations, however with this wave from Europe, it forgot to discover basics on its own. Now it is at the crossroads where European innovations innovations will need another 30-50 years to surface and since it is the market for these discoveries, it will see a huge depression in the next 10-20 years.

Oil Nations

Oil Nations relied mostly on their oil findings. They grew rich and invested in the World around. They only have wealth and superficial knowledge of things, lacking in any basics whatsoever. Now oil is becoming redundant with Clean Energy. They face the most uphill task in bringing their kids up into the future of tomorrow.

The Story of Conquest of India Over The Ages (The Road To Freedom)

February 12, 2012

The Story of Conquest of India Over The Ages: The Road To Freedom

As India is a passive country, over time we might have also lost all our will to provide resistance to those who attack us. We are already conquered and hence we might have lost all our inclination for new thought for innovation, creativity and growth.

Muslim Invaders

Muslim Invaders came from the North West of India and took Delhi and then the rest of the country. The North Indians provided stiff resistance but after a while the country fell in their hands.

British

The British came from the sea in their ships into the South (West & East) of India. As South India was relatively protected from foreign invaders, it was soft and hence could be easily captured. Then the British used “Divide & Rule” to conquer the rest of India.

America

India is now known (all its parts, North & South, West & East) to the World. Hence America mostly deals through previous invaders (indirectly) and can rule India through business.

Gandhi said “Peace” was the was to go and not to hit back if the enemy strikes. But he did not say “Not to innovate or not to be aggressive”. We have to pave our own way for success. It would not be handed by God to us.

Has any innovation really ever occured in India?

November 20, 2011

Has any innovation really ever occurred in India?

This is a blog about the innovation in India and perhaps its Culture, Society too. Can a Society and Culture (which is so against new traditions, customs and practices) ever lead to people coming out new things (innovation in Science and Technology)?

Or have we taken it from all over the World in exchange of our natural resources and kept the reality in grey. Even Noble Prizes (may be borrowed from Europe), our epics (may be borrowed from Greece), or anything in this Universe. We should have no inhibitions now as all the resources are getting over and the time to innovate is now or never.

Since we have had no innovation in the India, we will be always slaves to the World in our work. Offcourse, no country would attack us, because there is hardly anything with us. But we all would eventually suffer and die (700 million in India are poor and suffer with malnutrition, illness or poor living standards).

Is that we want from our country? Eventually slavery and death.

India, Companies and Innovation: Part II: The Inside View

November 15, 2011

India, Companies and Innovation: Part II: The Inside View

Considering our last blog “India, Companies and Innovation: The Outside View”, it is impossible to breed talent and hence innovation in the Indian Society. So is it possible to get any innovation in any company in India, despite of the prevalent outside conditions and off course our Society. It was possible for me. Twice.

One with Infosys and one with Astrazeneca. Both my mentors were remarkable people for an Indian Society and had the patience & oversight for breeding talent and innovation (Now they are out from their previous companies and on their own). Perhaps only because of their exposure to the West. However the odds of finding such people is perhaps one in a million considering the odds stacked against the lack of individuality and freedom in India.

And after that you have to find a disciple who has the courage, emotional and intellectual capacity to churn out innovation. One who is probably ready to risk it all: job, sleep, possibility of getting being left out and perhaps even becoming crazy. I mean really crazy. Sometimes innovation can drive a person mad. And perhaps all that you live for: your personal life.

So what are the odds to churn out of innovation in India . Very rare. One in a billion. And since our population is a billion, there would be perhaps only one or max two cases of any real innovation coming out of India .

So boy, what do we do now? India has to have innovation if she has to feed her billions. There is no other way out. The rest of the World is not gonna give free food to us. Nor is the environmental resources gonna last forever on which we are feeding currently. Well, it’s a question for us to think about. Perhaps, the most important truth which our Society faces us in this Century.
