Independence Day

Independence Day

There are
leaders

You heard
of them
long back

From Gandhi
to Sukhdev

Carryin the
flags high

The White
Man with
the brown
ropes

Holdin back
our Survival

A child
cries in
the village

For milk
and grains

All there
is around,
stones &
mud

The guns
come out

Layin blood
everywhere

Man against
man

Shot in
the tree
of Life

Years down
the line

A young
boy passin
by

Discovers a
diamond and
a bone

Odd collections
to his
hideout

Along with
the ‘Indian
Flag’

Caution: This might be all theory
